- The moneyback can be requested after 35 days of regular usage only.
- To request money back, please send an email with the product photo on hello@oleumcottage.com with subject line ‘MoneyBack’
- No moneyback request will be entertained on whatsapp, calls or any social media channels. Please send an email with product photo on hello@oleumcottage.com
- Please return the used product to us (SELF COURIER ONLY) in appropriate condition. Pack it well and send it to us on the below address to ensure there is no breakage.

- The reimbursement will not include shipping cost incurred by you at the time of placing the order. We will reimburse a 100% of product cost (MRP) only. If the product is purchased at discount then the amount paid by you will be reimbursed.
- A customer can request moneyback only once in their lifetime.
- Oleum Cottage reserves the right to employ reasonable technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. Further, you acknowledge that Oleum Cottage’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the Oleum Cottage system.
- Transactions processed through Cash On Delivery will not be eligible for this Money back. Only Pre-paid orders will be eligible.
- In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Oleum Cottage solely reserves the right to revoke the Money back offer
- Upon return receipt of product, we will refund you the original price paid for the goods. Please note that all original containers, e.g. bottles, must be retained by you and returned to us when claiming a refund. In case of a dispute, the company decision shall be considered final.
